Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Code Of Conduct For Prohibition Of Insider Trading and Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of Bodal Chemicals Limited, Company has informed all the 'concerned persons/employees/insiders' that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 08th December, 2017 to 15th December, 2017 (both days inclusive) and the trading window will re-open w.e.f. 16th December, 2017.
