Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Corporation hereby inform that the Board of Corporation has considered and approved the introduction of Voluntary Retirement Scheme for all eligible Workers and Employees at the Corporation''s Singampatti Group of Tea Estates. The Corporation believes that the implementation of the scheme will be mutually beneficial to the Workers, Employees and the Corporation.
