Pursuant to the BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 02, 2019, and in the compliance of the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons', the Trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, as defined in the Code, shall remain closed w.e.f. April 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2022, shall be intimated separately in due course.
