In terms of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the soft copy of the Annual Report which comprises of the Directors'' Report, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, Audited Standalone Financial Statements, Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Auditor''s Reports thereon, for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024, and the Notice convening the 144th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th August, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 and Notice of 144th Annual General Meeting have been sent through e-mail to all the Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participants. The aforesaid Annual Report along with Notice has also been uploaded on the website of the Company.
