Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2016, has, subject to approval by the shareholders, reappointed Mr. Jehangir N. Wadia as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five years with effect from April 01, 2016 on terms and conditions including remuneration as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
