Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited was held today i.e. 7th February, 2024 which commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 2.00 p.m. The meeting interalia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
