Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window in respect of trading in the securities of the Company by the Designated/ Connected Persons will be closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
