This is to inform you that, the lender of the Company viz J M Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited, has invoked the pledge to the extent of 33.99% of the shareholding of the Company (Bombay Rayon Fashions Limited) in its subsidiary BRFL Textiles Private Limited bringing down the holding of the parent company from 70% to 36.01%.
