BOMBAY WIRE ROPES LTD. - UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR QUARTER AND NINE MONTH ENDED 31St DECEMBER 2021

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. Thursday 27th January, 2022 ('the Board Meeting'), has, inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (' the Listing Regulations'), we submit herewith the following. 1.The Unaudited Financial Results in the detailed format as per the Listing Regulations, along with the Auditors Limited Review Report. 2. Extract of the said results as being released to advertisement agency for publication in newspapers in terms of Regulation 47. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:15 AM.
