Borosil Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Code of Conduct under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 9, 2022, have inter alia approved certain amendments in the "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" ("Amended Code"). In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Amended Code is attached and also being uploaded on the Company''s website at www.borosil.com.
