Accepted resignation of Mr. Franz Hauber as Director of the Company with effect from the close of office hours on February 28, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Dr. Andreas Wolf, as an Alternate Director to Mr. Peter Tyroller, Non-Executive Director, with effect from March 01, 2015.
