BOSCH LTD. - Updates on Closure of Trading Window

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 21, 2014 about closing of trading window from March 24, 2014 up to a period of 24 hours after the date on which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2014 is submitted to the stock exchange, Bosch Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board/Committee meeting of the Company for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2014 is scheduled on April 25, 2014. The aforesaid trading window will re-open on April 27, 2014.
