BOSCH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Bosch Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from March 24, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of audited financial results for the year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The date of re-opening of trading window will be notified in due course.
