Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2015 for the purpose of announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2015.
