BOSCH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the BOSCH Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed from April 01, 2023 to May 12, 2023 (both days inclusive).
