BOSCH LTD. - Re-opening of Trading Window

With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 23, 2014 about the trading window closure, Bosch Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter / Nine Months ending September 30, 2014 is scheduled on November 11, 2014. Therefore, trading window will re-open on November 13, 2014.
