BOSCH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Bosch Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from December 23, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of 3rd Quarter financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The date of re-opening of trading window will be notified in due course.
