BOSCH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed from April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2020, approved at the Board Meeting to be held for the said purpose. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.<BR>
