BOSCH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from March 24, 2014 up to a period of 24 hours after the date on which unaudited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2014 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
