Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 11, 2016 to June 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 01, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after September 05, 2016.
