BPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>- Payment of dividend of 0.001% on Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each. i.e. Rs. 0.001 per share, pursuant to the approve Scheme of Arrangement.
