We hereby inform that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company has approved the grant of 1,08,000 Stock Options covertible into equal number of equity shares of the comapny of face value Rs. 10/- each under Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP -2020) "Scheme" to eligible employees through circular resolution on 14th August 2024.
