Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for carrying out transaction in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 01st October, 2022.
