Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Listing Regulation, We wish to inform the exchange B-Right Realty Lonavala LLP Step Down subsidiary of B-Right Realestate Limited executed the Supplementary LLP Agreement dated 30.09.2024. Consequently B-Right Realty Lonavala LLP cease to be a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company with Effect from September 30, 2024.
