This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Employees, Connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
