BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 1 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has invested a sum of Rs. 87,50,000 towards acquisition of 8,75,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, equivalent to 6.04% stake in the Equity Share Capital of Suryaurja One Private Limited.
