Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Vinita Bali will be retiring as scheduled as Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business on March 31, 2014 when she will also cease to be a Director of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 25, 2014, has appointed Mr. Varun Berry as Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.
