BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, has decided to recommend to the members to declare at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, a dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014 at the rate of Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve Only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible members. The dividend when declared will be paid/ dispatched on or before August 23, 2014.
