Broadcast Initiatives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Considered and noted the resignation of Mr. Deepak Sharma, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 17, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal Belapurkar, as a Non Executive Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Poonam Naik, as an Independent Director of the Company.
