BS LTD. - Change in Composition of the Board of Directors

BS Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has, vide its Circular Resolution dated August 29, 2015, has appointed Ms. Dimple Kaul, as an Additional (Women) Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, to hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
