BS LTD. - Resignation of Director

BS Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Subrata Kumar De, Director of the Company, has resigned, vide his Letter dated September 02, 2014, from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors of the Company, vide its Resolution passed on September 03, 2014 has accepted his resignation with immediate effect.
