BS Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia to consider and discuss the matter relating to raising of funds through issue of Equity Shares / Equity Linked Instruments, Debentures or any other Securities as an enabling resolution as per the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made there under.
