BS LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares

BS Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on September 23, 2014 has allotted 54,320 Equity Shares (i.e., 27,160 Equity Shares + 27160 Bonus Equity Shares) of Re. 1/- each to the grantees, upon exercise of 2,716 Options @ Rs. 109.95 per Share of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (ESOP 2011") of the Company. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.<br/><br/>The Company, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders dated January 10, 2014, has sub divided the Face Value of the Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each into Re. 1/- each with effect from January 22, 2014. Accordingly, the Option holders, upon exercise of each Option of Rs. 10/- are issued and allotted 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company.
