BS LTD. - Revised Cut-Off Date for E-Voting

With reference to earlier announcement dated August 12, 2015 regarding Cut-Off Date for E-Voting, BS Ltd has now informed BSE that the Cut-off date to determine the entitlement of the Shareholders eligible to cast their vote electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be September 23, 2015, as against September 25, 2015.
