BS Ltd has informed BSE that, on June 04, 2015, the Board of Directors, vide its Resolution through Circulation, has appointed Mr. Kamesh Yalamarty, as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, to hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
