BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, has transacted following businesses:<BR><BR>- Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company<BR><BR>The Board has also approved Mr. Vijay P. Chauhan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company pursuant to provisions of Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 with the rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
