BSL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, have recommended Dividend @10% (Rs.1/- per share) for the year ended March 31, 2014 subject to approval by shareholders in next Annual General Meeting.
