BSL Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2014, for approval and adoption of Un-Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per Code or Conduct or tile Company for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated employees and their dependents from October 27, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (Both days inclusive).
