C. MAHENDRA EXPORTS LTD. - Delisting of Equity Shares from MCX-SX

C Mahendra Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made an application for voluntary delisting of its Equity Shares to Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited.<BR><BR>The equity shares of the Company shall continue to be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, both having nationwide trading terminals and hence, the delisting of equity shares from MCX-SX is not detrimental to the shareholders of the Company.
