C Mahendra Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2014, whereas the Board has considered and approved the change of name of the Company from C. Mahendra Exports Limited to C Mahendra Limited subject to the approval of MCA, SEBI and other authorities as may be applicable.
