Cadila Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has purchased 50% shares of Zydus BSV Pharma Private Limited (Zydus BSV) from Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited and now Zydus BSV has become 100% subsidiary of Cadila Healthcare Limited.
