With reference to earlier annoucement dated July 21, 2015, regarding Outcome of Nomination & Remuneration Committee Meeting, Cairn India Ltd has now informed BSE that the number of options cancelled against Cairn India Employee Stock Option Plan (CIESOP) 2006 are 236,336. However, due to typo it was mentioned as 236,226.<BR><BR>Therefore, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Revised letter is enclosed.
