CAIRN INDIA LTD. - Cairn India Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from Cairn India Ltd on February 25, 2015 with respect to the recent media reports on "Corporate Espionage" referring to information leakage of classified documents from the petroleum ministry. The said media reports have referred to investigation being currently carried out in the matter and action initiated against certain corporate executives.<BR><BR>Cairn India Ltd replied stating "It is clarified that the Company continues to remain focused on its commitments and business goals. The operations of the Company remain unaffected by the reported developments."
