CAIRN INDIA LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Cairn India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 17, 2014, has declared an Interim Dividend of INR 5/- per equity share for the financial year 2014-15. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before October 13, 2014.
