This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all designated/ connected persons with effect from Oct 1, 2023, until the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half ended September 30, 2023.
