Camphor & Allied Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.5 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @ 15%) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the Board Meeting commenced at 4.30 P.M and concluded at 6.00 P.M.
