Camphor and Allied Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2013, inter alia, has approved re-appointment of Executive Chairman, Managing Director and Executive Directors of the Company for further period of five years and increase in their remuneration subject to approval of members in ensuing annual general meeting.
