CANARA BANK - Renaming the Shareholders' / lnvestors' Grievances Committee (SIGC) as Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC)

Canara Bank has informed BSE that the Bank has renamed the "Shareholders'/Investors' Grievances Committee (SIGC)" as "Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC)" and incorporated the redressal of grievances of Debenture Holders and other Security Holders in the functions of the Committee apart from attending to the grievances of Shareholders viz., Transfer of Shares, Non-receipt of Balance Sheet, Non-receipt of declared Dividends etc..
