The Exchanges are hereby informed that the Sub Committee of the Board - Capital Planning Process of the Bank at its meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, the 11th November 2020, has considered and approved the Proforma Financial Statements of the Amalgamated Bank as at 31st March 2020, 30th September 2019 and 30th June 2019 (i.e., post amalgamation of Syndicate Bank into Canara Bank w.e.f. 1st April 2020).
