CANARA BANK - Closure of Trading Window

Canara Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from July 25, 2015 to August 07, 2015 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on August 08, 2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on August 05, 2015, inter alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
